I DID SOMETHING CRAZY...

Okay, maybe not that crazy… but I did get your attention. 🙂

I committed the ultimate millennial sin:

I deleted Instagram. 😱

Well, not fully. But I did delete the app off my phone, which has felt like a huge weight off my shoulders. And while I’m jonesin’ a little for that sweet sweet scroll, I am actually pleasantly surprised with how relieved I feel.

Okay, it’s only been two days. And I’m sure I’ll be back at some point. But right now, I feel like this was a big step for giving my brain and nervous system a much needed break from the chaos. And from the endless feed of… nonsense?

After much discussion with my personal advisory board (aka friends, family, and my therapist), I’ve decided to only use Instagram on my computer. This will help me keep better boundaries around mindless scrolling, and keep the focus on sharing my work with you.

All of this is perfect synchronicity for the upcoming launch of my brand new system: REGULATE.

And, I have to say that I am pretty excited to share this new method with you.

REGULATE is a nutrition-based plan to regulate your nervous system. I like to think of it as a stupid-simple nutrition plan to follow that provides you with the resources your body needs to get out of fight, flight, and freeze.

It is the exact plan I needed when I felt SO overwhelmed that the idea of taking care of myself sent me back to bed to rest. Relatable?!

Let’s be real… right now things are pretty wacky. And something I’ve been working with clients (and myself) on is overcoming the overwhelm in the easiest way possible.

We cannot follow an 18-step wellness plan when our nervous system is on high alert.

Seriously, If you’ve been watching those gals on social media that make it seem sooooo easy to eat well, work out, meditate, be calm, have healthy relationships, and everything else on the highlight reel… this is for you.

This new system was built for you.

REGULATE is now open for enrollment, but the plan drops on February 27th. I’m still putting the finishing touches on it for you. 😘
