Why Less?
In a world of more and more, together we’re going to do less.
Less stress. Less alcohol. Less unhealthy habits. Less sweets. Less overwhelm. Less pressure. All in the spirit of feeling more like ourselves.
I will lead you through my own experiences, and those of my clients, so that you can improve your physical health, mental health, relationships, and more.
Who’s this Substack for?
If you’re wondering if this publication can help you, the answer is YES if you identify with one of the following:
You’re burnt-out and leaning into unhealthy habits: You’re struggling, and thats OK. The first step is the biggest one and you’re taking it now. You need support, inspiration and guidance on how to minimize your lifestyle so that you can stop over-eating, over-drinking, binging TV, scrolling your phone, and working yourself into an early exit.
You’re sober or sober-curious: You know that alcohol isn’t good for you, is sabotaging you in some way, and you’re already on the path to making changes. If so, congrats! You are amazing.
You’re a high frequency / binge drinker: Oh, I know this one all too well. You might be feeling hesitant about reading on, or maybe you’re somewhat excited(?) about the potential to change. If so, hell yeah, let’s change your life.
You’re a regular drinker: You might be thinking — is this for me? Is my drinking a problem? Even if you don’t drink everyday, alcohol is still affecting your life. Think about it… are there times you wish you didn’t drink so much? Or that you can’t really say no when its around? If so, wonderful! You can make a change before alcohol begins to take more control of your life and stop the train from rolling off the tracks.
You simply want to do less and stress less: Listen, my goal is to help as many people as possible and that means that you might not identify with the above. If not, great! You might find throughout my writing that your habits were less manageable than you thought. This means there’s room to grow and become a better version of yourself.
